1. How do I fill out the order form?
First, select the pose(s) you prefer. Identify each pose by using the image number that appears beneath the image. (see sample below) Select the portrait package(s) you wish to order. Note that special combination packages 1, 2 and 3 offer more than one pose at no additional charge. For packages 4-6, you can add additional poses for just $10.00 each.

2. May I choose more than one pose?
Yes, packages are based on one, two, or three pose(s). There is a charge of $10.00 for each additional pose. Please remember: Only one pose can be used for each sheet. Sheets may not be split and are only available in the following: 1 8x10 (1 sheet), 2 5x7s (1 sheet), 4 4x5s (1 sheet), 8 2x3s (1 sheet)

3. Can I order online?
Yes. Click Here, then enter your password from the top of your proofs page and follow the instructions on the screen.

4. Must I pay for my portraits when placing my order?
Yes, your order will not be processed unless we have received full payment for the order.

5. May I keep my proof pictures?
Yes, feel free to keep your proof pictures. If you are ordering your pictures by mail, simply detach the order sheet from the end of this booklet.

6. Will blemishes that are on the proofs show up on my portraits?
No. We will retouch your photos to remove pimples and blemishes, and to soften harsh lines. Note: 5 o-’clock shadows cannot be removed.

7. When will I receive my order?
Orders are generally shi pped in 6-8 weeks. If you need your order before this time, please add a $39.95 rush fee. Your order will be shi pped in two weeks.

8. Can I have my portraits retaken?
Yes, simply call our Customer Service Department to schedule an appointment. There will be a $25.00 sitting fee.

9.May I copy my images?
In accordance with Federal copyright law, all images are the property of Barksdale School Portraits. It is illegal to copy or reproduce your portraits anywhere else. However, if you purchase a Senior Portrait High-Res CD for only $79.95, it comes with a photo release form. This will give you the rights to print copies of your portraits anywhere, any time.

10. When is my yearbook pose selection due?
Generally, yearbook selections must be returned within 7 days of recei pt of your proofs. If Barksdale is collecting poses for your school, there will be a selection box in the upper righthand corner of the last page of this booklet. Failure to return your yearbook selection on time will result in a pose being selected for you.

11. What pose must I choose for my yearbook selection?
Your formal attire pose is required for your yearbook selection. No props, such as roses, are permitted.
